Plumbers serving Roanoke, Salem, Vinton and Roanoke County

Plumbing service across the Roanoke Valley, from downtown Roanoke to Bent Mountain.

City of Roanoke

All Roanoke neighborhoods, including Downtown, Old Southwest, Grandin Village, Raleigh Court, Wasena, South Roanoke, Gainsboro, Williamson Road, Garden City and Northwest Roanoke. Public water and sewer come from the Western Virginia Water Authority. Plumbing permits are issued through the city's trade permit process.

Salem

Salem runs its own city government and building office, so permits for Salem homes go through the City of Salem rather than Roanoke. Wastewater from Salem is treated at the Roanoke Valley's regional plant. The same plumbing issues show up here as in Roanoke: older laterals in established neighborhoods, and freeze-prone crawlspace lines.

Vinton

The Town of Vinton's water and sewer system became part of the Western Virginia Water Authority in 2022, so Vinton residents use the Authority's 24-hour line, 540-853-5700, for main-line problems.

Roanoke County

Cave Spring, Hidden Valley, Back Creek, Bent Mountain, Clearbrook, Hollins, Bonsack, Mount Pleasant, Catawba and Glenvar. Homes on public water and sewer in the county are served by the Water Authority; many rural homes rely on private wells and septic systems, which bring their own plumbing needs such as pressure tanks and well pumps.

Nearby

Callers from nearby parts of Botetourt County, including Daleville and Troutville, and Bedford County near Bonsack are welcome to call. Availability that far out depends on the schedule.
